Returns + Exchanges

You matter to us and we want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you stumble upon an issue with your product please review the following to decide what to do:

Damaged Item:

If an item is defective/damaged when it reaches you, please e-mail us immediately at [email protected] so we can get a new item out to you. Shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the exchanged item.


Standard Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase please e-mail us at [email protected] within 14 days and we'll respond with shipping instructions. As long as the package is postmarked within 14 days after it was delivered to you we will issue a full refund (after the item is received by us). You will be responsible for any shipping charges for items that are not damaged or defective.


Exchanges:

Does your item not fit like you hoped? Another issue that you'd like to exchange your item for? Most likely it won't be a problem to replace your item, just e-mail us at [email protected] for further assistance!
